The Classical
The Classical The classical are a four piece from Sheffield, Ricky Chopra, Geoff Howse, Ceri Payne and Paul Turner.
The group formed officially in 2006 after working for years in and around the Sheffield dance music scene.
The Classical take influences from the likes of The Stooges through to Kraftwork. They describe their music as a mix of Electro Post Punk and Disco, born out of a frustration with a dieing dance scene and a rock scene looking increasingly backwards.
